I am receiving an error message when trying to download my documents. How can this be resolved?

If you’re experiencing issues while downloading your documents in Step 8, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before attempting to download.
  • Try switching to a different network (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to see if the issue persists.

2. Refresh the Page & Try Again

  • Close your browser and reopen the page.
  • If using a mobile device, try switching to a desktop browser for better compatibility.

3. Use a Compatible Browser

  • We recommend using an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
  • Avoid Internet Explorer, as it may not be fully supported.

4. Disable Pop-Up Blockers & Extensions

  • Some browser extensions, VPNs, or security settings may interfere with downloads.
  • Try disabling pop-up blockers or ad-blockers temporarily.

5. Try a Different Device

  • If the issue persists on your phone, try downloading the documents on a laptop or desktop instead.
